There are times when you need to re-download Texpert’s Remote Support Client (Supremo). These instructions will walk you through the how and install process.
First open your web browser and proceed to your client login account at https://www.texperttechnology.com/clients/
Login with your email and password associated with you Texpert Technology account.
Once logged in you will come to your client page, click Support and Downloads
To download the remote client click Remote Support
Once at Remote Support page, locate the download called Texpert Remote Client and click it, this will begin the download.
**Note if using Internet Explorer please click SAVE when you see the download bar pop up at the bottom of your page**
**Note if using Google Chrome to download wait for download to finish and click the download showing at the bottom of your browser to begin install**
Once you download and run the program it will begin the install process!
Follow the install instructions and you are all set!
